Vision: Personalized Learning Coaches will provide supportfor teachers so as to be the bridge between teacher practice and the vision for Personalized Learning in Henry County Schools. 

 

Mission: Personalized Learning Coaches will facilitate change in order to shift teacher practice to personalize learning for students by modeling, collaborating and building a culture of trust with teachers.
